About Dallas Short

Before starting my career in Real Estate & Lifestyle Management, I served in the US Navy from 1993 to 1997. While serving in the US Naval Squadron VXE-6 I traveled to New Zealand and Antarctica. Shortly after leaving the military I ended up making Malibu California home. Not long after moving to Malibu I realized an untapped niche market caring and overseeing private real estate. In 1998 I established Malibu Management and went on to build a unique business and a long private client list. In 2004 the business accelerated with several personal estate managers and staff to oversee private homes in Malibu, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and Hollywood Hills. In 2010 I attained my California real estate license and then in 2022 acquired my Tennessee real estate license. Throughout the years my business endeavors landed me in several major cities around the world, from Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, London, and Cannes. Present day I reside in Tennessee at my private farm located in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. Separate of my work life I oversee Operation Therapy (501c3) as the Executive Director, a non-profit helping Military Veterans find PURPOSE through animal therapy.
